Terms and Conditions

At ISL, we are committed to providing a transparent, structured, and student-friendly environment. The following terms and conditions ensure clarity in our operations and help us maintain a high standard of learning.

1. Admission and Payment Guidelines

Enrollment Confirmation:
Enrollment is confirmed only after the complete payment of the course fee prior to the course start date.

Fee Refund Policy:
Once the course has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable except under special or unforeseen circumstances evaluated by the management.

2. Attendance & Certification

Minimum Attendance Requirement:
Students are required to maintain a minimum of 75–80% attendance to be eligible for course certification.

Certification Criteria:
Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course and any assessments or final evaluations conducted at the end.

3.Study Materials

Resources Provided:
ISL provides essential study material for all students. However, some advanced content or extra resources may carry an additional charge.

4. Code of Conduct

Discipline:
Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward peers and instructors and comply with institutional rules. Any inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or removal from the program without a fee refund.

5. Schedule Adjustments

Right to Reschedule:
The institute holds the right to modify class timings or shift batches if required due to operational or unforeseen reasons. Timely notice will be given in such cases.

6.Responsibility & Liability

Student Responsibility:
ISL is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal items during offline sessions or while on institute premises.

7. Payment Methods

Accepted Modes of Payment:
Payments can be made through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or cash.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Institutional Cancellations:
In the rare event that ISL cancels a course, students will be offered a full refund or an option to shift to another course, batch, or mode (online/offline). Refunds are processed within 30 business days.

Notice Period for Changes:
ISL reserves the right to cancel or shift sessions with a minimum notice of 3 working days.

9. Intellectual Property

Copyright Protection:
All educational content, videos, handouts, and promotional materials are the exclusive property of ISL and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Promotional Use:
Photos or recordings taken during sessions may be used for promotional purposes unless students explicitly opt out in writing.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

Governing Law:
All matters shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi/NCR.
